Wood is processed through suitable cutting, planing, shaping, routing, and machining operations according to the product design and manufacturing requirements.
04 — ASSEMBLY & SURFACE FINISHING
Components are assembled where required, followed by sanding, surface preparation, and the agreed finish appropriate for the product.
05 — INSPECTION & ORDER PREPARATION
Finished products are checked against applicable agreed specifications, with attention to dimensions, appearance, finish, quantity, and preparation for dispatch.
